What I liked most about landbot.io is the ease of use. It's very intuitive and the end result is great.
The lack of integrations (DB, Media output), harsh deploying and difficulty to take action for humans.
I have built a few for myself as well as for clients of mine and was always super excited with the results.
The only negative thing I found so far is that if you build a chat bot with a complicated logic and 100+ Dialog blocks even strong PC is experiencing lack of resources.
The ease of use and short learning curve it takes to get rolling and using the features makes this platform really awesome and fun to use.
It does not have a mobile app so it is hard to manage.
The ease to set up and implement was definitely the highlight. Being able to set up a decision tree in the app, copy the html into a webpage, and have it work seamlessly was great.
Two weeks later I didn't hear back so I reached out again only to find out that the ticket was in the wrong queue.
We tested it out on a Restaurant to see how guests would engage with a Chatbot. We found it to be a successful project, and Chatbase was a great platform to have settled on.
We trained the model using the ChatGPT 3.5 and with chatGPT 4 and we don't understand why the model 4 is not working, most of the time the answers are wrong or even no answered.
Superb experience it has been a super hit did an internal survey by training a chatbot on limited data and every one liked it.
Then I tried to cancel, and got no response. Just terrible customer experience.
Overall, it was a great experience for my team and also for the end users. The quick learning and also the quality of responses were very helpful.
Support and documentation are missing or a bit short. What bothers us most is that we can't use the chatbot in multiple languages.
I love how quickly I was able to provide it information and then be able to have an intelligent conversation about it with the information provided.
Worst experience, crapy software, in responsive customer service and unethical policies.
