So, it's efficient in the sense that it allows you to see everything in just one dashboard, as opposed to going to Google My Business, or the multiple pages that you have, or your Facebook pages. Sometimes, for businesses, you have an umbrella corporate entity, and then you'll have a lot of different franchisees under that umbrella, and so this Reputation.com platform saves a tremendous amount of time. Some other benefits include the ability to categorize and look at stats in different levels, so if you want to look at the franchise level, or if you want to look at the group corporate level, or if you want to look at location, you want to look at how you're getting reviewed, your positive reviews, your negative reviews, all that kind of information can be broken down in this dashboard at the click of a couple buttons. It makes it really super simple and very easy, and very pleasant, actually, because if I had to do this with all the different pages one by one, it would take all day and I would probably have no hair. But now, we're doing something like this in one platform, just like I said, makes it really easy and comforting.
