GoProof vs OneDrive: Which is a better fit?

The customer service, quality of the product and experience, and value to our business is all fantastic. I fought hard to get the budget for GoProof and it's been worth every penny.

I dislike having to click through 3+ pages to do a task that should be easily available from the dashboard (maybe just a mass-archive button).

Customer Support has always been great. It product is easy to use and has been nice for my team.

There also seems to be a delay from when we upload a proof to when the reviewer gets the email. This can be difficult for time-sensitive projects.

I love that you can set deadlines for each draft and "nudge" a reviewer if they haven't completed their review. I love that we can retain our proofs within the system once it's signed-off.

Some users were frustrated by being locked out of proofs they wanted to review when another gatekeeper had already signed a job off.

The support team were amazing, always to hand to go through any problems or ideas we had. Rep was brilliant and very patient with us.

This could be user error and/or just part of our situation, as many of our project stakeholders are working away from the office and w/out a wifi connection.

OneDrive was a wonderful storage solution for me during my time in college and worked wonderfully for collaborating on projects with classmates.

There are times that syncing between two different devices can be delayed or simply does not work at all.

Overall, outstanding experience, and I would recommend to all of my current and new colleagues.

The only bad thing about this software is the accessibility and getting the hang of the software as in the beginning it was very confusing.

It is great that we can share all the reports, projects and other documentation with such ease and it is accessible for our colleagues in offices around the globe.

When using the synchronized option, the file cannot be modified by accessing it directly from the folder as it will be corrupted and become error. It defeats the purpose of this feature.

Onedrive its fast and reliable it is very secure, and it is very user friendly, very good for work and college projects.

There tends to be more spam associated with OneDrive, occasionally I will receive an email from someone I corresponded with that appears to have a one drive attachment but is actually spam.
