MyCarrierTMS vs LogistaaS: Which is a better fit?

My experience has been excellent, I now have a tool I can present to my customers to save them time and headaches and help them overcome challenges that some of them did not realize they had.

My main disappointment has been the inability to book outbound collect shipments on this platform.

They are quick to respond and know exactly what is needed to resolve the issue quickly. They are a big asset to this system and all have been really good in making this process easy.

Integrations can be a challenge. Each carrier is different and some require various key codes that make it more difficult to integrate.

Functionality and super user friendly. Love to have all the shipping data in one place.

I have had customers complain the site goes down.

We have found that the software integrates very nicely with our operations, and we love how cost effective it is.

There are many customers in my market who ship 50/50 prepaid versus collect, it makes no sense for them to use this platform for prepaid shipments and then carrier websites for the collect shipments.

Our day to day operation is directly related to Logistaas in a great percentage. And Logistaas is doing a wonderful job easing our job.

Slight inconvenience will be in creating client as it has multiple pages to input.

We automated a lot of our procedures with logistaas, and they continue to add more features at good speed. Their reporting tools are very smart and different from other software.

Till date no major complains about the software. The only problem is in the commodity HS codes and duplicate of shipments.

This program is very easy to use and it's on the internet so you can access it anywhere. Customer service is always willing to assist and very pleasant to work with.

Many features we need in logistics activity were (and a few still are) missing. Though, after request they are added.

Logistaas is very seamless, easy to use, easy to navigate and very easy to learn.
