The software is simple to use and is always improving which is great to see in software. It is my main tool for all creative projects.
Since I know this is illegal in the EU, I politely asked them to change it so that I could attend their webinars. Their response was initial denial, then basically to ignore.
Visme is a great tool with some great features and helps me to produce engaging reports for my business partners.
I'll search for something and they'll come up but with no images. I have to click on them and bring them into my project before I can see what they are.
The beautiful templates make it very easy to create any type of web and social graphics. Love the selections of photo and graphic assets to choose from.
Anyway, this is VERY FRUSTRATING. Very limited chart and table designs; difficulty rearranging pages in the normal view.
I was very happy and satisfied when I was working on my project for the university and recommended it to 2 of my colleagues in the learning and design team.
The biggest challenge I had was in designing process flow charts. It was difficult to size the boxes to be exactly what I needed because I could not adjust them on one dimension only.
The overall experience with VideoAsk has been amazing. The team are quick to respond to any questions and they have gone out of their way to help me with very specific questions.
We did struggle with one of their beta implementations.
We found that VideoAsk was a perfect solution to help automate our Monthly Safety Training. Before using this software, we would pull everyone into our University and go over a training powerpoint.
The price increases based on the minutes you consume, it can be difficult to manage the budget this way.
They have nice guidelines to help you make it all relevant. You can also cutomize the response you want to get from each touch points, and that all will be automated.
The only limitation is the number of Voxer videos that you can keep on the platform… Before it runs out of memory.
It's really nice to have a tool that you can use to engage more with your clients and visitors, and also being part of Typeform gives you peace of mind.

And along with the other companies that we were looking at as well, they just didn't have everything that we needed for the price that we were looking for as well. And so it was an easy decision when it came down to who we wanted to go with. A few of the reasons why we went with Visme was, number one, the price. It was significantly less expensive than its competitors. And so that, in and of itself, was a huge selling point for us. Other than that, a lot of the tools that Visme offered were what we were looking for in taking our website to the next level. To incorporate Visme into our workflow, it was actually really easy. Their support was really helpful and all in all, it was a very quick process. Once we understood exactly what we were doing and wanting it for, it was really easy to get everything taken care of. And we came into Visme me a little bit towards the beginning of them starting out. They've been around for a little while. But eventually they came out with a desktop app that we were able to download, that was brand new. And it's made working with Visme just so much easier and so much more fluid in what it is we're doing on our site. As with any company, you want to be able to put in the right kind of research. For us, it was: is it accomplishing what we want to do? And is it the price that we need? And if those are the two main factors for you, then Visme by far was one of the greatest things that we decided to go with compared to everyone else. So just make sure you're paying attention to at least those two things. And in any other thing that is important to you and more times than not, you'll probably find that Visme is going to fit what it is that you need more than these other competitors.
