Our overall experience has been amazing. It has streamlined our day-to-day operations and made communication across our team much more efficient. Having everything in one place—from scheduling to updates—has saved us time and reduced confusion. Even though there was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, it was well worth it. The platform continues to improve how we stay organized and connected, and it has truly become a valuable tool for our business.

Pros

We were looking for an all-in-one solution, and that’s exactly what we found with Connecteam. It offers a wide range of tools that help us manage scheduling, communication, and daily operations all in one place, which has been extremely helpful for our team. While we’re still learning all of its features and exploring everything it can do, the platform has already made a positive impact on how we stay organized. It’s user-friendly overall, and even with the learning curve, it continues to meet our needs and gets the job done efficiently.

Cons

While this has been very helpful overall, there is definitely a learning curve when first getting started. It can feel a bit overwhelming navigating all of the features and settings, especially when trying to customize everything to fit your specific needs. Some tools take time to fully understand and implement correctly. Additionally, certain features could be a bit more intuitive, as it sometimes takes extra steps to find what you’re looking for. However, once you get familiar with the platform, it becomes much easier to use and manage.

Overall, my experience with Connecteam has been very positive. It is a reliable and user-friendly platform that makes communication, task management, and team coordination much more efficient. It helps keep everything organized in one place and improves overall workflow.

Wonderful program, keeps staff informed and accountable for scheduled shifts, arrival times, login location.

Pros

integrating schedule, time clock, payroll into one program. App sends reminders to staff regarding schedule and start shift times, easy vacation requests. Love the schedule creation component and being able to set repeating shifts for full time staff.

Cons

I haven't spent time trying to figure out how to turn notifications off, however don't really appreciate receiving weekly summaries being emailed to me at 6:00am on Sundays as i get awoken on my days off for no reason.

The fact that programming of labour is simple with clashes shown immediately, instead of having to compare numerous separate work programmes individually

Cons

Loading files would be made easier if drop and drag was available. Simplifying the whole process !!!

I have been using connect team for over 6 months and it had been the easiest platform to use, i have tried other platforms but none of them compare and all my tesm love it.

Pros

Connect Team has been an easy platform to use. I haven’t had to contact customer support once because they send me messages along the way as I set it up. I haven't had any bugs in the system and no issues to fix and every user has connected easily to the app. Its been great value for money especially for the size team I have. I can easily track their time on shift and manage expenses they occur . Best product on the market. Keep up the great work.

Cons

Somtimes the app from the apple store after download vanishes before you can open it, its inly happend to 1 person and I would say it is probably their device because no one else has had the issue.

Needs some work to make it better in certain areas does not keep track of vacation time if an employee wants to work less then a 8hr day it creates issues to hours

Pros

Easy to use if all the features promised were included once enrolled I received excuse after excuse and added charges that were clearly not disclosed.

Cons

Over promised initial sale once you onboard there was some things not available or having to basically do it manual.

Pros

I enjoy how simple it is for staff and clinicians to use, customer service was very quick and punctual at answering our doubts. It limits the amounts of times staff have to communicate with clinicians. overall great to use and very user friendly.

Cons

as of right now- can't think of any since our concerns were addressed by on board team. It works to our needs and communication has been much smoother.
