Connecteam is designed to meet the needs of those in non-desk industries, like construction, healthcare, and retail. The app is ideal for businesses who want to improve & simplify team management.
Humanity Scheduling offers scalable employee scheduling solutions in any industry and any size. From public to private sector, small business to enterprise, our solutions fit.
This is the Best Customer Support group I have had the pleasure of working with when I had any questions.
I gave up and made my own training videos on how to use the app and they still struggle).
But, then they came out with a free version for small businesses and it was a true lifesaver.
SMS functions didn't go well, probably due to local regulations SMS may have delivery failures.
The customer service has always been outstanding!!! Any time I have a question, they have been ready and willing to help me to the best of their ability.
I don't like that i can't go put in unavailable the employee can only do that.
I love Connecteam and their Customer support is fantastic. I brag about them to all my friends and clients.
Due to the COVID epidemic, my team had to rapidly transition our way of business. Connecteam allowed us to solve several logistics problems that allowed us to thrive and grow.
We like having everything in one system. The ability to upload files is a great asset as well as the company dashboard for quick communication.
Instead of a text message warning, is there any way to incorporate an in-app alarm. Our notifications come in so frequently that we tend to dismiss our texts when they come in.
Humanity is a good tool for scheduling and managing human capital. One of the best features is the ability to look at all of an employees data in one place.
So if their is no activity on the computer/laptop the user is performing Humanity should automatically go on break.
I enjoy the easy to use features like copying a schedule, pictures of employees and being able to upload a whole list of employees at once. I love the easy reporting systems for quick reference.
Before my previous employer implemented this software, it was really hard to track the hours, change shifts or check the amount of PTO available.
The report function is fantastic for timekeeping and payroll. There are work-arounds to get to where you need to be, with the help of Tech Support.
On the app there is an option to add notes to your time schedule about missed lunch, or overtime for example.
Maria H.: Hi, I'm Maria. I'm the Director of Administration and Finance at First Presbyterian Church in Lake Wales, and I give Connecteam five stars. We used to be using a different online time clock program, but I was notified that the price was going up by 50% about a week before that date. I started looking around because we're a non-profit, and I saw that Connecteam had extremely high ratings. And so that's why we tried it. I really liked the idea of the idea of the geofencing because our church is kind of spread out in a couple different buildings. And the nursery workers were able to go right to work, and they didn't have to come by the office all the time to clock in and out. Same thing for the custodians, if they were ready to take their lunchtime, they could just clock out or clock back in. The geofencing was amazing. It also worked for our secretary, who would take deposits to the bank, and she could clock out there on her way home. And then, as an administrator, I could approve it, and she did not have to come back to the office to clock out or anything. It's very easy. Even our custodian, that's a little challenged when it comes to using electronic devices, after the first day, she just loves it. It's very easy. I like the reports. And the tech support person that did help me finalize a couple things on setup was just amazing. And the best part of it all is, since we have less than 10 people on the program, it's free for us, which is a help for a charity. And we all love it. I did have a little glitch on startup. There were a couple things I had questions on. We are a small company, and I wanted to make sure that I got it set up just right. And I was able to sign up for 15 minutes or so with one of their tech support people, who was just amazing. So setup went very seamlessly after that. It's just a great program and very easy to use. It gives us all the information that we need. So Connecteam is perfect, I think, for either small companies or large companies. It is so filled with just different things you can do with it that it would handle multiple locations or just a single location with just a handful of people. So I would say, definitely give it a look, give it a try. It's an amazing program, and I think you'll be very happy with it.
Michael L.: My name is Mike. I'm an employee experience director. Today I'll be reviewing Humanity, which I give five out of five stars. And for more reviews like this, go ahead and click down below. Before Humanity, scheduling for us was a bit of a nightmare. We actually used a combination of some internal software and a spreadsheet to manage everything, which was extremely cumbersome, as you can imagine, so we were looking for something that would help automate things and shift things in a direction that would be easier for administration, as well as easier for our teams just to use. One of the great things or one of the great focuses of Humanity is its customizability and adaptability. If you are a small shop with one location, it can scale for you. If you are a large financial institution, it scales to multiple locations in branches, and they give you set tools to adapt how people can seek out new positions or new locations to work from, to fill in shifts, to request shifts. And from an admin perspective, it's nice because you can work within the confines of what they give you to shift how you want to do breaks, whether you want to do paid breaks or adjust things, and you can do it on the fly. And all of that's built into a wonderful web application along with a really great app that you can just have on your phone or tablet that makes it simple to see where you need to be and any changes or updates that have happened. I think if I had one semi negative thing or critical thing to say about Humanity is the initial setup. It takes a little bit of time. It's not as intuitive as I would've liked. That being said, once you wrap your brain around the various titles, the various locations, and you work with your contacts to determine the best way to work for your company, it's really easy. And once it's up and running, you almost don't have to think about it because it does what it needs to do. And it's really easy for admin to keep working with it. And it's especially easy for staff and managers who might be scheduling out weeks or months ahead to just click a button and make that schedule magically appear for them. When it comes to considering something like Humanity, there's the basic stuff. Think about price, think about what type of investment you need to make humanities very reasonable in that regard, and consider what your needs are. If you need something that will allow your staff to have access to their schedule at a moment's notice on their phone, when they're out of work, when they're at work or something that will allow your team to switch shifts or request shifts and pick up new shifts, I really think it's a no brainer. I haven't really seen anything else that is intuitive once it's set up for people to just use and not have to think about it. It takes a lot of the stress out of it for everyone involved, and I would definitely give it a look.
