The benefits are as I expected, seamless roll out, great set up phase ( although I had done this before). Good after sales experience, helpdesk is great.
Some of our team struggle with the Call Cycle/Journey Planner and having to reschedule calls when they are on annual leave/sick etc.
I like the clean space in the design, not to visual, clinical almost, I had experience with back office before, so found it great for our business.

The Opmetrix HQ Website can be hard to navigate sometimes.
The Opmetrix team are great to deal with and very helpful. They always respond in a timely manner.
Getting them all to talk to Opmetrix can sometimes be a little frustrating and some pricing doesn't pop up correctly.
Our overall experience is good. The notification system helps us to make sure that no sales oppertunities or customer care goes missing.
Should the page for any reason happen to reload while you are in a list you end up losing any unsaved information and you get "punted out" of the list, and have to go back and reload it again.

Prospect and suspect detection and rating are critical for our business and very effective to follow with Lime.
