Definitely worth mentioning is the terrific tech support from NECS. Anytime we need help or even custom programming, the helpful and knowledgeable staff is always willing to help.
The accompanying manual was enormous, and I had a very difficult time putting it all together, fighting management all the way.

Understanding integration errors is tricky in the beginning, what the errors actually mean, again when using a while, you get used to this and learn quickly.
The ability of this program to allow us to build assemblies and kits was our #1 requirement and Order Time does that fabulously.
Inability to integrate with Amazon seller central.
One of my favorites is the ability to create and customize reports. I also enjoy the ability to import everything from spreadsheets.
Some concepts were difficult in the beginning but after repeated use they all made sense.
