SmartrMail vs Cyberimpact: Which is a better fit?

Their invitation to review my mail setup and the advice that ensued was a really nice addition to already outstanding service.

I had repeated trouble properly segmenting my email list.

I am particularly impressed with how attentive their customer service team is as they deliver very quick and excellent help with all the inquiries I have ever submitted.

Nothing major just took a little bit of getting used to the autosave as I was used to saving everything I did manually in mailchimp. Not a software problem, just a person problem ;-P.

It is very easy to create nice newsletters, love the concept of choosing who you send it to.

A pretty handy tool really. Was using mailchimp but got annoyed with their lack of support and found automations complicated.

It's smart segments functionality is amazing, and the fact that we can set up automations based around detailed parameters is extremely exciting for our business as we move into the future.

I have not encountered any things I don't like yet.

It's been an amazing experience, and I have recommended to several friends who have joined as well.

I find Cyberimpact extremely finicky and annoying to use in terms of building out emails. The drag and drop content blocks can be cumbersome if you have long sections.

Their support team is responsive and friendly. We love that they are Canadian and are competitive functionality-wise with the well-known American providers.

Nothing I can think about was negative about CYBERIMPACT.

We have a few units who run their own newsletters but they are not communicators, so it's nice to have the opportunity to build out templates for them and let them populate them.

Which is sometimes confusing as whether you're actually using the most recent draft.

Amazing - I am hoping to continue using it as this product continue to improve it services.

When an email is rejected it goes into an invalid file and you cannot just move it back - you have to delete and then re-enter unless you get the customer support.
