Startquestion vs FigPii: Which is a better fit?

What I like most is full set of needed functionality, ease of use with no need for any kindo of training, attractive price, great support and the fact, that they listed to our needs.

The worst is you cannot obtain any invoice from Startquestion which leaves you with expenditure which you cannot account for in your business.

A good, simple and useful tool. Great customer support and very high supplier flexibility.

I did not notice the flaws that make the work difficult.

A friend of mine recommended the Polish version of the software to me (webankieta.pl). His research foundation was using this software extensively and they were very satisfied with it.

Statisticians know how utilise this data. No response to requests for invoices.

I think its pricing plan should be customized. Its heatmap video is also difficult to record.

It would be really cool to see heatmaps or videos for the different AB test versions but this functionality is missed.

Another thing I love is the polls option. It helps me to understand whether visitors are satisfied with my content or not.

We made some mistakes in goals set up that caused some delays. There is no way to take a screen shot of all the different variations when you first luanch a test.
