FieldPulse vs Costimator Cost Estimating Software: Which is a better fit?

The customer service, especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT], has been SUPER helpful answering all my questions with promptness and accuracy. Very much appreciated, especially when you're a "newb.

Deleting and changing invoices is a pain and when the QB sync screws up with payment it sometimes still says invoiced when it has been paid and there is no way to manually change the status.

The support staff is amazing, especially Holly, who help work through several issues we had at the start up. You get real people who seem to really care about your success on the Fieldpulse platform.

There are several features that are missing and or do not work well for our company.

FieldPulse is the perfect fit for what i was looking for. The Support is amazing, they are always quick to respond with any questions that i have, and are always looking to make improvements.

The Quick Books syncing is terrible and is mostly related to QB online but they keep claiming they will make it compatible with QB desktop but have yet to, to my knowledge.

I liked the fact that [sensitive content hidden] my Customer Success Specialist, is so very kind and helpful. Whenever you need her she is right there to answer all of my question.

System does not integrate very well with quickbooks and when exported out, info is scattered everywhere in quickbooks.

Ease of access, speed, and reliability of all the information in the database. Simple to understand and modify to suit our business.

If you expect it to recognize enough features automatically or have any intelligence about how to make your product even after you give it your machine speeds and feeds you will be sadly disappointed.

An asset to the company, it gets more exciting every day.

This is completely unacceptable. How can you estimate machine time without regard for the stock????!?! After complaining to the salesman, we were told that they don't do refunds.

Keep software current and improving. Cost Modeler (great feature that allows the user to custom design the software to their needs).

They lied in their response about the capabilities of the software and also lied about offering to do training. This is not a company anyone should consider doing business with.

The software is simple and straight forward, thus the learning curve is small. The after sale support is good.

Takes a while to get it dialed in. Reports can be rather confusing at times to someone who is not familiar with the output.
