M a big fan of Field Pulse because it’s super user-friendly. The dashboard is also really attractive and easy to navigate.
Deleting and changing invoices is a pain and when the QB sync screws up with payment it sometimes still says invoiced when it has been paid and there is no way to manually change the status.
FieldPulse is the perfect fit for what i was looking for. The Support is amazing, they are always quick to respond with any questions that i have, and are always looking to make improvements.
There are several features that are missing and or do not work well for our company.
I liked the fact that [sensitive content hidden] my Customer Success Specialist, is so very kind and helpful. Whenever you need her she is right there to answer all of my question.
The Quick Books syncing is terrible and is mostly related to QB online but they keep claiming they will make it compatible with QB desktop but have yet to, to my knowledge.
The support staff is amazing, especially Holly, who help work through several issues we had at the start up. You get real people who seem to really care about your success on the Fieldpulse platform.
System does not integrate very well with quickbooks and when exported out, info is scattered everywhere in quickbooks.
Service tracker support is brilliant very friendly and helpful resolving issues straight away.
Everytime somthing is reported to customer support, you get the same answer that you probably doing somthing wrong, or the phone is the problem.
ServiceTracker support team are very friendly, and quick to action any support requests. Happy to take on-board and implement any suggestions which will benefit all of their users.
Its asking you of a picture or signature, which is ridiculous cause you want to abort. Sometimes you press the prep button and the no access is being pressed.
From the service department and management again its very easy to operative and a wealth of information is to hand and operational remotely which has been so important during these difficult times.
If no reception software wont allways load even offline, you have to switch of your data and than it can load offline.
My overall experience has been very good and I would recommend it to anyone after experiencing first hand the pitfalls of some of the other systems on the market.
