iVision Mobile vs Eltropy: Which is a better fit?

NEED to integrate into POS systems to thrive or become obsolete.

You literally can do anything from text message marketing to waitlist management and loyalty. Ve been working with this company for over 13 years and they are the best in the biz.

Extracting data that is actionable is difficult.

My overall experience with iVision has been very positive. The platform is solid and performs well, and it continues to improve with new features/tools.

The software seems really outdated and is confusing to configure. It's built for lots of different use cases, so it's not very easy to implement or manage.

Everyone from top to bottom is focused on my success and helping me gain clients.

As you continue to go deeper into the software that level confusion will come back.

Eltropy is wonderful to work with. They are really on top of things, care about their product, and care about their customers.

With the lobbies being closed, it has been hard to inform and instruct members on the new feature as a way to communicate with GKCU employees.

The ease at which I can communicate with our members is the best part of the system. It is quick, simple and our membership enjoy the convenience.

There is limited user - facing description of compliancy features.

We were also very pleased to have the ability to use our existing phone number, as members were already familiar and comfortable with using this number.

There are limited report options right now, and the integrations weren't established right away. But we are working on all of those now.

Their outstanding product demonstrates their organization's culture: easy to work with and attention to detail.

So, while it might not be available right away, they work very hard and quickly to accommodate most all of our requests.
