I love that we can create newsletters well in advance and automate them to go out. I also love the automation flows and the wonderful robust reporting.
So my primary method of advertising was cut off at Christmas, rendering this software useless to me at the time I needed it most.
I love the ease of tracking what is happening with my newsletters and automations. The results are setup clearly and I like the layout of the whole program.
I hate that I can't integrate multiple shops in one platform.

I'm trying Novocall and it's a great software with great support. It's good to get instant calls and get more customers.
Worst case scenario is, someone purposely submit false number to request for call and not only make our company a spam but caused us to get into trouble with the law for spam.
It has been great, their support is very fast and helpful, they have an awesome FB group where you can find all the updates to the app along with collaborate with other like minded people.
One particular feature is missing or difficult to configure. That's the number shown on the Caller ID that the end user sees.
Good customization capabilities. Great interface both on desktop and on mobile navigation.
Lack of international numbers available for international users.

So we've used all kinds of email marketing software, anything from MailChimp back in the day to ActiveCampaign, Emma, Klaviyo, you name it. Automated emails, sending special emails with different flow capabilities was extremely important. But I think the biggest thing was the price. We were able to save hundreds of dollars for our clients just by switching them over to Omnisend. The onboarding process with Omnisend was extremely simple. It's just a few simple clicks. If you do need help, they have a support team there to help guide you and walk you through it or if you needed even further help, they have someone who could literally set it up for you. So the setup process was extremely painless. I personally feel that you can't go wrong with Omnisend. Like I said, it checks off all the boxes. It does everything that any competing product that you see out there does. Omnisend does it just as well. I think they have amazing customer service. So if you have any questions while you're in their platform, they have live help with a live person who will help guide you and if they don't know the answer, they will find the answer for you. I think that's a huge thing. Coming from a competitor, for a couple of our clients, there was zero support. They just direct you to the help center and when you have a really technical question, it's hard. The help center doesn't help you in that way. So I think, one, the pricing, you can't go wrong with it. It's the best pricing that we've found out there in terms of what it's capable of doing and then, two, that live support and just knowing that I have someone that I can speak to, a real human is very important.

Before Novocall, I was just relying on the web submission form placed somewhere on the, for example, contact page on your website, and waiting for clients to submit their request for a booking. When I started using Novocall, I became more proactive, where a Novocall widget will actually come up. You can do the settings that it will come up and offer visitors of the website to take some kind of action, whether to call or to SMS or to fill the form. It actually relies on settings. You can set up whether to wait for a few seconds, or wait up until certain percentages scroll your page, or on non-activity. So Novocall widget makes thing happen more proactive than the regular web submission form hidden somewhere on the website. After using Novocall, I became more proactive, because the Novocall widget that you can set up will prompt your site visitors to take an action, while opposite a web submission form, you wait and you hope they will take an action. It is very easy to set up, Novocall, for use. It's all web based interface, all user friendly, basically click and point and fill the information you need. Basically, you set up quickly [inaudible 00:02:02], you just, like I said, type all the information and then you quickly design it, basically point and click to match your website, and you're pretty much ready to go. Novocall is a great tool for business owners or consultants to get the website's visitors to take an action. Instead of, as I said before, waiting for a website visitor to go and fill the form, Novocall widget actually may be set up to come up on the screen and prompt a visitor to take an action. You can set it up based on inactivity, for example, or by the percentage of scrolling the page down, or you can set it up to come up in a certain amount of time, few seconds, couple minutes, whatever, 30, 50 seconds, one minute, five seconds, five, 10 seconds is a good setting. And then the widget will prompt a visitor either to connect you to the business owner, to the business, and then it will make two ways call to connect you guys, or you can send a text or you can send a message or an email, even. And then also, it collects information. Once you enter your email number, sorry, email and a phone number, it will actually collect information for you that you can reuse after. So it acts very proactively for you. It does help. It does the business for you, is like a secretary, virtual secretary for you that prompts people, visitors of the website, to take an action. And therefore, it's more profitable, make it more profitable for your business.
