I love the ability to quickly snap pictures right within the app and the final report timestamps the photos and formats them beautifully in the end product for distribution.
That it does not work offline. We were told that is now capable of offline but it still doesn't work, unless my guys are doing something wrong.
The best feature of this app is the ease of use for all of our foremen. The speak-to-text works great, and uploading pictures are simple.

I loved the Work in progress reports to see where we are in each department and what needs to be improved. I loved that notes can be transferred from PSA to Xactanalysis, reducing double data entry.
Customer support is terrible everytime i call to speak with someone they cant answer the questions and say they will have someone get with me. 10 days go by before i hear from anyone.
When used properly it is amazing what information is available to better manage a company.
If we are paying all this money for this program to be charged extra $250 dollars for the tech team to make a report for us and anything else we might need is what I consider a bit extreme.
The ease of use is probably what I like most about this software. We were transitioning from a few other softwares to PSA, and getting everyone onboard and educated on how to use it was fast and easy.
Lack of features and integration, for the most part, it is fairly basic.
Clay C.: Hi, I'm Clay. I'm with IAC Adelphi. I'm the Director of Resource Planning and Safety. We're about a $300-million company and I rate the Raken app about five. Before Raken, we didn't use any kind of software. All we had were homegrown Excel spreadsheets and tracking with Excel. The reasons we started using Raken was we needed more visibility out in the field and letting the guys move their people around more with some notifications and move their equipment around. Onboarding with Raken was a struggle at first, just due to the fact that change is always difficult with personnel. Once they got on board, we had no problems. Our customer service was always far and above everybody else that I had ever dealt with. And once the guys decided, yep, this is a horse we're riding, they really enjoyed it and learned how to use it. The advice I would give is get your customer service representatives involved immediately. Have them talk to your people, have them work with all your people. Don't try to do it alone.
