Recurring events are tedious to build recurring events are listed out of order in organizer info & widgets small programming errors arise for recurring events.

Also, their customer service is way better than what I've received from other ticketing companies and their staff was super quick to help me with my event when I needed it.

When trying to do new tasks that you haven't done before, it can be hard to find where you should be in the software to do so.

There are still some teething issues, but Line-Up is very fast to respond and fix any bugs or errors that arise.

The existing API links with agents' systems are limited but that will change as time goes on.

So far Line Up has provided us with an effective booking system that enables us to free up staff time and ensure our audiences/bookers are happy. The phone is definitely ringing much less.
