Timecounts vs Civic Champs: Which is a better fit?

Timecounts is also easy to navigate as a volunteer coming into the system. Pricing is great, and I appreciate how helpful the team is with my seemingly countless questions.

It seemed to be difficult for my volunteers to use.

Timecounts has a lot of great tutorials and how to documents. We're thankful that we've found this software and are excited at all we can do with it.

Limited functionality because the company is just getting started - e.g. can't yet sync with Salesforce, but these are things the company is working on.

Also, the filter functionality is super helpful. Assignments, Events, and Gatherings make it super easy to coordinate and schedule volunteers.

There is no mobile app or even mobile-first web-app to log into.

The support team is awesome and very willing to work with you and provide training for your team. The online training is terrific and helps to get everyone up to speed quickly.

The ability to customize reports and print them is a weak point in this application.

There are many wonderful things about Civic Champs. The greatest feature is providing volunteers with the opportunity to enter a reflection at the end of their shifts.

Some volunteers have trouble setting up the app on their cells.

The support team is AMAZING and quick to resolve any issues. They listen to their customers and implement feedback to constantly improve their product.

There is no "bulk add" feature for volunteers to add themselves to recurring, weekly shifts all year round.

Working with Civic Champs has been a wonderful experience. From professional hands-on support to rebuilding parts of the software to best suit our organization's needs.

Some volunteers are older and only have a home phone and no accessible email. OPTIONS has put procedures in place to continue paper documentation if the situation arises.

With nearly 300 active volunteers we are able to provide an easy and all user friendly platform that keeps our volunteers engaged and active with the rescue.
