They refuse to allow me to have access to my account for the service for November that I paid for. They also refuse to refund the charge from the same day my account was canceled.

I he worst thing I have experienced is that about 20% of my clients Emails come up as duplicate email and it deletes the email from my client page.

Getting charged on refunds and the lack of transparency in this. Also receiving payment after the tour is finished is a burden for the cash flow of travel companies.
The fees are reasonable, and the system has worked perfectly for us in the last 3 years we have used it daily. Their customer support is superb, always very responsive, polite and gets it done.
Also, during the height of the COVID-19 crisis, TAB withheld checked in payments. Those were, payments for stays that fell within our standard no money back T&Cs.
Very good online secure payments and the best company we have worked that processes all international credits including Amex, in a reliable, straightforward and transparent way.
This caused us untold issues with complaints, loss of client confidence and credibility. We asked TAB that they should at least separate their fee from the hotel cost.

Chermaine C.: My name is Chermaine. I'm a small business owner. My business is Kemetic Aesthetics. We have about nine employees. We're in the health and fitness/yoga industry, and I would give it a three. Mind Body previously and Acuity Scheduling. And I chose Vagaro because it was a lot easier for clients to book appointments. So the reasons I chose Vagaro is it is a simpler system compared to other scheduling platforms that clients can book their appointments and is fairly reasonable. So a good value for the price versus Mind Body as they were increasing their rates. Basically all I had to do was download the software. I was able to export a lot of the data from other platforms that we're using, like the client data. And it's very easy to get it integrated with the website and also share it with clients, the link. So it wasn't a difficult process at all to get started. I would definitely say that it is a very easy to use, user-friendly software system that clients like booking appointments with. And also it's like a no frills, very simple. So if you were looking for more features, I would maybe not use Vagaro, but if you wanted something simple and that the clients really enjoy then that was a good value. Vagaro is good for that.
