I like most that report are well organised and inventory view by sku and shelf is good. Auto grn is good feature and it save time.
Their support is UNINFORMED, UNPROFESSIONAL. Order processing doesn't work,Tally integration is fake.
Support and Reconciliation is too good and value for money. Ease of Use and Good Quality.
Every morning order processing for one or the other site is not working. Their support is uninformed, unprofessional and they have no SLA.
We purchased this as part of a lifetime promotion they were running so the price was fantastic given the number of features they promised.
I personally feel that some feature are missing that should be included. SKU transaction history is missing.
It has helped to improve productivity, order fulfillment rate. Number of marketplace can be integrated with Easyecom for easy orders processing and inventory management.
If we do upload autogrn template and clicked doubled it takes double grn but if refernce no. Is there it should show error msg reference no.already uploaded to avoid double GRN.

This is a complete SCAM. This mistake happened to have cost us over $15,000, and shipmonk/Monkprotect refuses to pay on the claims that they made the mistake on(which they have admitted too).
