Love it how easy it is to use and the support is absolutely brilliant. Sabrina is very quick at getting back which makes the experience flawless.
He was very rude and made me feel betrayed. I basically gave him my money and he took it and run; in essence, stealing my money and not giving me my account.
So easy to use for me and for my potential clients. I have won great business with this software.
Be careful that you remain online. I've lost changes to documents when I lost internet connection.
The best features about this product is that its easy to use, and comes with a great range of templates for any scenario so you can start building and customising your online proposal.
I was using the basic plan and even tho I never maxed their allowed proposals per month, I still found that intimidating.
Amazing, very intuitive, prospects appreciate receiving info in clear and complete format.
There were a few things that were a little confusing during the set up process.
Another great feature is the opportunity tracking, once again keeping all the pieces of a pursuit in one handy place and available 24/7 is brilliant.
The software is basically restricted for us and buy in from employees will be difficult as they will have to have email open on one screen and Cosential on another.
My favorite feature is the resume generation tool. The ability to produce multiple resumes tailored for specific pursuit types automatically updated each time they are created is beyond wonderful.
We have been waiting for 3+ months now on one issue, which is unacceptable. We are so far in at this point that it doesn't make sense to change systems now, but the thought has crossed our minds.
As a very visual person, the ease and impact of the dashboard widgets are a great. Seeing your information in charts and graphs really help to monitor our marketing progress.
Our biggest problem prior to using Cosential was that knowledge about our projects, clients, past pursuits, etc. lived primarily in the heads of our people.
The automated alerts and notifications from the workflow system are excellent as well. Easy and efficient way of letting the team know when there are new prequals, awards, proposals, etc.
We used to have to pull and drag project information out of our Project Managers after their projects were completed, while they were already working on a few others.
Moses T.: Hi, my name is Moses. I'm a digital marketer consultant. My rating for Better Proposal is four out of five. For more review like this, click the link below. So, other product that I used before Better Proposals were PandaDoc. I know I used Microsoft Document as well, but those didn't work for me. One reason why was PandaDoc was really expensive and the pricing wasn't flexible, and for Google Documents, it wasn't really secure in terms of sending contract to clients or proposal to clients, which is why we make the switch over to Better Proposal. The reason we chose Better Proposal was because it was on AppSumo, so there was an AppSumo [inaudible 00:00:41] lifetime due that was going on Better Proposal, so we jump on in on it. At the point of time, there was quite limited functions, but because of the price, we thought it was a good alternative for the tools that we are using, which is why we first hopped on to Better Proposal. Onboarding with Better Proposal was somewhat complicated, because we had to go through their support at that point of time. It was just a new software tool in the market, so we used it. We had to go on a couple call with support. We couldn't set things up right, so there was a bit of complication. But once things were set up and once things were integrated with our current platform... with using Zapier, it was really easy to get things running and things has been running smoothly since then. If you are looking for a contract or proposal to, definitely do take a look at Better Proposal because it has quite a deep functionality. However, certain things to take note is that it doesn't have a good payment function in terms of itemized item. So it might be a problem with payment... if you're collecting payment together with your contracts or your proposal. But at the same time, it is fairly easy to get set up and use at this point of time with your current [inaudible 00:01:54], and they have quite a good support to actually get you through the entire process. So if you're looking for a tool with good support and in fact if you're just using [inaudible 00:02:01] on a contract or proposal, signing [inaudible 00:02:03], Better Proposal would be a recommendation for me.
