The main benefit of Seon is that I have more information which is the basis of a decision and I can gather these information faster. My overall experience is excellent, highly recommend it.

Shows unwanted links and helps locate fraud easyli so you will see how much of that is actally in the system you are using. Not an issue really as that is what we want it to do.

But as a Front End Developer, being able to use the SEON Platform to create a good workflow for our support staff has been the best benefit.

The UI can be a little difficult to get used to initially.

Smart and funny guys, I was not board while dealing with the guys they are energetic and very passionate about their work as well as the Seon product.

I know it is going to develop more social-oriented tools, which are still missing.

It's super simple, easy to setup and provides great data. The custom rule set is also allowing us to hugely simplify our own verification engine and provides fantastic observability.

IP geolocation could be improved to minimize the risk of mistake.

The software is helpful in guiding us for how to best respond.

Some features didn't work. I wanted to get an email alert every time a Chargeback alert came in but every time I tried I got an error.

I like the ability to track Chargeback Agent interactions and have reporting.

Lots of dupes, poor dashboards, no definition of key terms.

Our win rate has improved and we are able to postpone adding headcount because of the speed with which the existing team can respond to disputes.

Its a little more than some of the products out there- but you get what you pay for.

Overall, the product is good. It continues to evolve and I look forward to more features being added.

It is a bit tricky to use. There are so many options and so much to discover it can be a little bit overwhelming.
