GlossGenius vs Squire: Which is a better fit?

I have been with Gloss Genius for 2 years and have loved the continual growth and expansion of the sight. Very easy to use and customer support is great.

Make sure there are no fraudulent charges that shows up. Recently, they asked me to verify my account, after I sent all the information to them.

I love the ease of use for my clients. I also love the reports and analysis that I can run to help inform my marketing strategy and what things I can change.

I have noticed that I received a series of charges on my business bank account. Three of them so far, I stopped payments on all three before it went through.

M truly impressed with GlossGenius because I’m a girly girl and the beautiful templates and user friendly website matches with my new brand. Soft, feminine, elegant and here to serve my clients.

If you go through their terms of service, they mention that members cannot file a class action lawsuit against them. Now why would they ever have that in their terms of service.

My clients LOVE using it and there’s nothing better than those to serve being the ones who ENJOY the experience from booking to checking them out after a service has been completed.

Hard for clients to find without a referral link.

Great customer service, resolve issues quickly. It's easy to use for the client and for myself and the morec comfortable you get with the software the easier it is to do your job.

They don't give a crap about your success as long as your money cleared. I wouldn't suggest this booking app to my worst enemy.

From the back end user (Organization, Manager) What I like most is the ability to have more control over our brand presentation and the ability to collaborate more efficiently with our barbers.

No hardware for barcode scanning as it takes a SKU/UPC. My staff rings up wrong items all the time.

Being able to raise prices has been a huge help. Not only to my clients but as well as my employees by being able to track their progress.

The whole BOOKING FEE for clients that prepay is odd. I am still not sure if the fee covers the card fees I would pay or if Squire is double dipping.

I love the squire supply- that’s an excellent add in, and I love that it’s one price regardless of staff- as I grow I don’t have to worry about price increases.

If you have self employed barbers, you have to ring up product and services separately. The checkout process on iPad is odd, as it forces you to have 4 options of TIPS suggestions.
