BoardPAC vs Decision Time Meetings: Which is a better fit?

BoardPAC is a fantastic solution with multiple user-friendly features, and overall the solution is very secure and reliable.

It’s only available and compatible with iPads which can be irritating.

So far BoardPac experience has been great. It has provided a consistent and reliable service that we can depend on to manage our meetings efficiently and effectively.

No option to postpone the meeting instead of cancelling the date of meeting. The papers should be uploaded as a new meeting.

Last but not least, We are delighted with the support of BoardPac for last 4 years keeping a happy customer and happy director board.

No particular strongly dislike about Boardpac.

It has been very helpful. Training and support have been very helpful in using the application and resolving any issues or concerns.

Hence, introducing BoardPAC in our boardrooms has enabled us to shed our reliance on paper documents and courier services, cut costs and invest in a greener method of doing business.

I am very satisfied with this software package. It is vert suitable for what we need to hold successful meetings.

One slight disadvantage is that it can be quite time-consuming managing both Groups and Committees separately.

Easy to use and intuitive. The time we save as administrators using this system is wonderful and the ease of updating papers if anything changes is extremely useful.

The software restricts the types of documents that can be uploaded to pdf only. The reason for this is the additional software which has been added to allow the annotation of agenda packs.

Improved effectiveness and reduced the time for preparing and running meetings. Better engagement and more information for better decisions.

SharePoint was less time consuming but several members found it difficult to access their reports and this led to confusion at meetings.

I like the presentation and the ease of setting agendas. The ability to drag and drop papers in means that its super fast and having the ability to move the agenda around is great.

Sometimes notes are missed if users forget to send a notification to the report owner so it would be good to have this done automatically.
