BoardPAC vs Knowa: Which is a better fit?

BoardPAC is a fantastic solution with multiple user-friendly features, and overall the solution is very secure and reliable.

It’s only available and compatible with iPads which can be irritating.

So far BoardPac experience has been great. It has provided a consistent and reliable service that we can depend on to manage our meetings efficiently and effectively.

No option to postpone the meeting instead of cancelling the date of meeting. The papers should be uploaded as a new meeting.

Last but not least, We are delighted with the support of BoardPac for last 4 years keeping a happy customer and happy director board.

No particular strongly dislike about Boardpac.

It has been very helpful. Training and support have been very helpful in using the application and resolving any issues or concerns.

Hence, introducing BoardPAC in our boardrooms has enabled us to shed our reliance on paper documents and courier services, cut costs and invest in a greener method of doing business.

I really like the meeting packs/agenda setting/meeting things, they are again super useful and easy to use.

I just don't like the feel of the "Groups" system as a documents library, and its rather slow to open folders and documents.

The training/ Q&A section is amazing and if you can't find what you need, the customer support is excellent.

The only negative I can think of is that sometimes as I'm trying to upload a lot of docs in different folders in the reference store, Knowa isn't quite as fast as I'd like.

Knowa is a powerful tool, with a great ability to be tailored to our needs. The meeting pack functionality allows us to produce easy to access, read and review meeting packs.

As with any introduction or change in software or process, there are always difficulties finding your way around a system and learning how to use it.

For the purposes of AAF reporting and invoice approval this has been a godsend.
