Best feature of this first it has trial version so you can try it yourself and then go for paid version and also it has Certified HR Consultant who help you to improve your existing HR process.

Customer support is very responsive and truly care about their customers and try hard to make things better and work as a team in coming up with solutions.
If the mobile version of ClayHR lacks features or is not as user-friendly as the desktop version, it could be a disadvantage, especially in today's mobile-oriented work environment.
The platform looks nice and tidy, is very simple to navigate through and it takes minutes to understand it. Lots of great rewards and the direct connection to their Eshop is phenomenal.
We found it hard exporting our HR data at first.
Great features, espeically the nominations and rewards section. This is fantastic for employee engagement.
We do find that sometimes we forget to send our employee of the month nominations until the very last second.
The product is very user friendly to interact with. The reward and recognition feature is what I like the most.
