Best feature of this first it has trial version so you can try it yourself and then go for paid version and also it has Certified HR Consultant who help you to improve your existing HR process.

If the mobile version of ClayHR lacks features or is not as user-friendly as the desktop version, it could be a disadvantage, especially in today's mobile-oriented work environment.
The platform looks nice and tidy, is very simple to navigate through and it takes minutes to understand it. Lots of great rewards and the direct connection to their Eshop is phenomenal.
We found it hard exporting our HR data at first.
Great features, espeically the nominations and rewards section. This is fantastic for employee engagement.
