Pros It is complete. There are many options when it comes to survey tools, each with a particular suitability. However, when it comes to conducting large scale, governmental surveys and censuses, there is no need to look further. Survey Solutions can accomplish this objective at 0 cost. Generally, I'm very content with the experience with Survey Solutions, as well as the support from the staff. Pros \- Free of cost - Very good service with prompt support - Very innovative with continuous updates Cons \- Some constraints in designing the questionnaire (linked the questions, have to mannually input one by one question) - The user interface is not very friendly, currently in the scrolling style which is not easy to track for the enumerators. Other software have the ability to swipe the screen to go to the next question, which will save time for the enumerators and reduce the risks of skipping any questions.
