When you cancel or pause a campaign you shouldn't be charged. I asked about this and they deactivated my account so I can't go back in and try to figure out how it happened.

My experience has only been with the remarketing product. Within that offering, I haven't found anything that I feel creates a user barrier or makes things difficult on my end.
