Livestorm is built with ease of use in mind. We serve companies of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500s.
Revenue generating teams that want to drive ROI and engagement on virtual events.
The platform is very reliable and easy to deploy. It's automatic that gives you great peace of mind.
Initial complaint was brushed of as a technical error. Someone did call us to apologize and offer us a "compensation" only if we subscribed for one year.
The ability to share a company page with a list of up-coming events is a really nice touch and the overall customization/branding options are great.
We are keepint in touch with our clients during this unprecented crisis.
The team offer a great, interactive live demo each week which gives great insights and offers you the opportunity to ask direct questions to the creators of the platform.
Whenever I host a webinar on my laptop, I “attend” on my mobile phone to see the same experience of the attendees and then I can trouble shoot from both sides.
The software is very good in terms of flexibility, ease of use, and setup of email automation. I like the possibility to invite on stage the attendees, the polls, and the CTA button.
I have had many technical problems that completely enabled my webinar to start, mostly because of incompatibility with Powerpoint presentations.
Demio can be summarised in a couple of words: Simplicity, Support, brilliant. In my view as a career entrepreneur, arguably the best webinar software and platform available...worldwide.
The only downside is not offering a discount for non-profits, which is a bummer.
And I was very impressed with the quality of the customer support team. Really responsive, fast and kind.
But while being in real time it will show up it is poor.
A great feature is the ability to share handouts for download within the webinar chatbox. Love that Demio are regularly updating their product and sharing their roadmap.
Lack of customization for email reminders and follow-ups.
It does what's on the tin smoothly and with a good marketing automation. The best asset is the ease of use for everyone.
That I can't reopen a Live event once it was closed (by mistake).
Kate: Hi, I'm Kate. I'm a content marketing manager, and I would rate Livestorm four out of five stars. For more reviews, click below. So before we were using Livestorm, we used Crowdcast, and honestly, it worked fine for some of our live demos, but I wanted something a little bit more interactive and easier to track. So basically, easier to track when people would sign up from different sources, whether that was email or social media or our website, and Livestorm gave us all that tracking capability. At the end of every webinar, we could track where somebody came from and then pretty much all of their information, and it would just sync it into our CRM. Livestorm really provided everything that we needed. It's definitely a wonderful platform if you're doing events with multiple sessions or events with a single session, like webinars. There are some more expensive software out there for bigger events, but Livestorm is the best for those one off-events like webinars, and that's really why we went with them. They're very affordable. It was incredibly easy getting started with Livestorm. The whole system is very intuitive and they have a wonderful support system. We did have a call with somebody who helped us with onboarding, and then honestly, after the fact, if I had any questions, it was really easy to reach out to them, and they would even reach out on a regular basis just to make sure everything was working properly. So, like I said earlier, if you have any events that are larger than either a one-off or a series of events, like say you're trying to do an online conference with multiple sessions, Livestorm may not be for you. But if you're looking for the best webinar tool out there, Livestorm is the one.
Speaker 1: Hi, my name is Roderick. I am an inventor of one of the aviation safety networks, and I want to give five stars to Demio. And for more in reviews like this, please click below. Before using Demio, I actually researched pretty much everything that I could put my hands on out there. I don't remember all the names, but among others. I definitely considered Zoom, GoTo Meetings, one of those, but at the end, I basically decided to go to Demio. I wasn't really switching from anything. I was using Zoom for other things, but it did not meet my needs for webinars. The reason why I chose Demio was pretty much a price versus the options you get in that program. You can easily brand it with your own colors and logos, which others don't really allow you to do it. They keep their logos very visible there. And the most important for me was the ability to embed registration forms on my website with my own branding. And also the other thing was that you can easily switch between different levels of subscriptions, which actually have different options and different numbers of participants. It is fairly easy to set it up and onboard Demio. Of course, the menu structure requires some trial and error to figure out what is what, but that is true with most of the programs that you have on the market out there. Some of them are less intuitive and Demio, I would say it is very intuitive. It's not obvious. Unfortunately, I've never seen any program that is obvious there with clear explanations, but since Demio is a very straightforward and clean platform that, actually, onboarding was very easy. If you are considering Demio, look at your needs first, because unfortunately, levels of subscriptions are connected to number of participants. So you'll not be able to test all the options unless you subscribe to a higher plan. So bottom line, you will need to be able to have some very useful options for fewer participants. You won't be able to have those because they are available only on a higher level. But still, this program has, in my opinion, the best blend of available options versus the price that you pay for it. And you can switch back and forth, so in other words, you can go and subscribe to a higher plan with all the branding, automated webinars and other things available. And if you don't need the higher option, then you can always downgrade. And then the best part is that you can upgrade again, as you anticipate higher participation. But also what I want to mention here that it's strictly a webinar platform. It's not a video meeting platform of any sort, so it does not allow a direct participation by participants. You cannot turn on microphones and say, "Okay, now you can speak." So it's basically a webinar platform.
