Truly adviced, as I said, for those who know where to put their hands. Not adviced for those who cannot invest on domains and the like.

Pros

Getresponse is a very formidable software. I have used it during a couple campaigns I had to run. IT is truly accessible to blind user, and pretty much user friendly. I liked so much that everything is clear, no buttons miss a lable in their website. Truly adviced!

Cons

The price, the price is something that I cannot afford, especially that with a trial of 30 days you cannot boost your list of contacts considerably... And the fact that you cannot use Gmail with free accounts.

GetResponse represents reliability, competence and genuine customer focus. I can wholeheartedly recommend the company and look forward to future projects!

Pros

Previously, we needed many different products for online sales, which repeatedly led to application integration problems that often required costly support. With GetResponse, we've now found a brilliant solution that will prevent us from wasting valuable time troubleshooting or creating complicated links.

Cons

So far, we can't really say what we don't like. We're still in the process of transitioning and are currently rebuilding our websites.

I really like the user interface with this site. In particular, the ability to create a newsletter is great and the available templates that you can use, I thought, were very creative.

Overall, GetResponse is a great email marketing software that really allows you to increase your growth with AI.

Pros

I like GetResponse because it makes email marketing and automation simple and efficient. The platform combines powerful tools like email campaigns, landing pages, automation workflows, and analytics in one place, which saves time and improves productivity. Its user-friendly interface and helpful templates make it easy to create professional campaigns even without advanced technical skills. Overall, GetResponse helps businesses connect with their audience more effectively and grow their marketing efforts.

Cons

What I liked least about GetResponse is that some of the more advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can make the platform feel a bit restrictive for smaller businesses or beginners on a budget. Additionally, while the interface is generally user-friendly, certain settings and automation options can take some time to fully understand.

Not happy at all. Within one hour and you can’t make a refund? Unacceptable business practices. The customer service had a quick rebuttal for not getting a refund. I’ll be spreading this word to every platform I can find today.

Pros

It seemed like it was going to be a good fit, until I paid for a premium service ($356) and then found out once purchased I could not perform the task that I needed. With 1 hour of making the purchase they told me they could not refund that portion of my money. Now mind you I also paid $158 2 hours earlier and I can’t do the function still. I was willing to take the $158 loss, but the $356 I feel was deceptive practices and will fight tooth and nail to get it charged back from American Express.

Cons

The description of the services is outdated and inaccurate. A very basic function is not included in their premium pricing.

Good experience as sales and marketing tasks are automated and can be accessed from one place. Saves time and makes for a smooth workflow.

Pros

East to use, all on one platform for marketing and sales! Emails reach a lot of mailboxes so there is major delivery rate there ! Customer support is very responsive and helpful!

Cons

Pricing is definitely something to consider here as it gets pricier the higher your database grows and the more reach you need.
