Another important point is teamwork, each component has improved its participation in various projects, undoubtedly developing a much better structured product in less time. Similarly, having a tool that makes it easy for us to obtain detailed and explicit reports on the work we have ben doing well and what not so much, with this we structure commercial strategies that allow us to be prepared for future incidents. The monitoring of working hours has also contributed to an increase in labor productivity within our work and we have put the magnifying glass on small details that reduced our efficiency to add moments of high activity and the best use of time now only. Pros One of the things that I can highlight the most is that it is a broad platform that has a comfortable interface and that it provides the right and essential tools to achieve an optimal workflow and added to this, automate basic functions and tedious administrative aspects in a simple way. It provides a dynamic and attractive panel of activities to maintain order, from a chronological point of view it allows us to evaluate and monitor progress, progressively capturing each task and result in complete and detailed reports that allow us to analyze from a far-reaching perspective the work we are doing. An essential function is calendar, it gives us the opportunity to plan, categorize events and keep our team active daily to the activities and tasks corresponding to certain days and thus prevent various functions. The work team has presented an increase in communication improvements and progress synchronization, we can keep informed of the progress, provide the corresponding functions, and contribute to the workflow moving forward successfully. Finally, it significantly contributes to the tracking of hours and provides the opportunity to increase our productivity and improve our time to achieve work objectives, in this way we manage the cost of labor production and the budget of the work. Cons For now, the only negative point that I can mention is that it is a somewhat slow platform when we are heavily loaded with work and tasks, we would like to have a fast platform when we need to be more efficient in the face of a high workload. The rest of the platform works perfectly, and its usefulness has been significant. Pros The Calendar function is good for chronologically based applications. We were looking for task based so it winded up not working for us. Cons The price frankly. We winded up getting what we needed out of a competitor for free. However, someone needing the Calendar based look, I can say it's worth it for that price. Pros Workstack is a great tool for structuring out projects. Everyone knows what they are supposed to broken down by time. Cons Loading the software can sometimes take a signifigant amount of time and you can only structure out in 30 minute intervals where some small projects 15 min intervals are just as useful. I think it can be improved, but it works for tracking time, and planning. Pros I like that I can track my time and see time spent on projects. It also helps me plan out my day and important tasks that need to be completed. Works great with Basecamp. Cons I do not like that time can only be accounted for down to 30 minutes. Our team often has tasks that are 15 minutes and can skew actual time spent on tasks. Setting up projects, time estimates, and scheduling work is simple and effective. I love the drag-and-drop functionality for assigning tasks and the overall UI is an eye-pleaser. (To be honest, I first checked this software out because I liked the logo!) As someone who has an obsessive tendency to make lists for everything, WorkStack makes it very satisfying as all my To-Dos are color-coded and organized. There are also lots of opportunities to customize and tweak your workflow. Cons I wish there was a cheaper version for "solopreneurs" but that's more of a nitpick than a con. So far I just really like this software for managing my schedule.
