It's great from a scheduling standpoint and quick and easy to make teams. Parents: As a parent, I LOVE the ease and convenience of signing my kids up for soccer through Crossbar.
Scheduler takes a bit to get used to. Some members have had trouble uploading documents.
From demo day to present day, they have been very responsive and helpful. They do an amazing job of training and are available to help every step of the way.
The build out of registration behind the scenes is a bit tricky to learn. Some of the field labels aren't intuitive and it took a while to learn.
We compared this against 5 other platforms, and this was hands down the best solution at the right price. Couple that with the amazing customer service, and CrossBar is a homerun.
In other programs people could have other roles and have access to only specific sections.I don't like that you can't see a full month on a teams page of activities its week by week.
We have better function at a lower cost. Customer service is outstanding, very prompt and quick to resolve issues and answer questions.
This has been very challenging. I don't like that we cannot assign roles/permissions to our staff, meaning Registration, web design etc and it has to go through crossbar.
The integrated system from members to up to date payees is also a great bit of software, makes life very easy. Support it good not that we use it much and overall I would say the cost is very fair.
That we did not get it sooner, as we was losing money with not tracking memberships.
I've used three member management software providers including Ashbourne and this is definitely the best. Customer service always outstanding.
I don't like that there are such limited spaces available for items on the till. I dont like that we cant edit members basic information (email address, address etc).
The main good thing for me, is the speed at which the Ashbourne team deal with queries and issues. The software is very easy to use and navigate and is fairly comprehensive.
They get the job done when they say they will, unlike the two previous experiences with larger organisations that were appalling.
In the 4+ years we have worked with Ashbourne, we have found them very helpful, polite and easy to get in contact with. If we have any technical problems, they are always quick to help and rectify.
Which is a little frustrating but can happen anywhere also the fact that when you booked i. To classes it doesn’t send a reminder to let you know your up and coming classes.
