Price2Spy vs XPLN Suite: Which is a better fit?

I am absolutely delighted with the service provided. The quality far exceeded my expectations, and the level of professionalism displayed by the team was outstanding.

I don't think they take screenshots of the pages when someone is violating, would like more proof other than the emails of violations occurring.

They are doing great job and their customer support is awesome. Very nice to work with them.

Only a limited range of visualizations available.

I really love how this software works and and like I said before, customer support is the best I've ever had.

There is no way for customers to import a csv with product URLS.

We have used Price2Spy 2 months now for keeping check on our competitors prices online. The solution works very well, and I would especially like to recommend the fantastic Customer Support.

If competitors' price has change over certain percentage, it should be an alarm risen. Also whether that price will enter into its historical prices should be subjected to approve.

Also the range of covered platforms and competition shops is great and i like the dashboard and reportings too. Finally many thanks for an outstanding customer support.

There are some problems with pricing in other countries than Germany, which costs a lot of time in our projects.

Mostly i like the impressive and perfect matching of articles and their verification via artificial intelligence.

The hit rate is very high and the consistency of the delivered data is really well. If there were any failures due to a change at the source, they reacted very quickly and delivered the data again.

Our requirement now is very minimal. For our current requirement Price Intelligence perfectly does the job for a very good price without any complexity.

Unfortunately the data of the external sources (price comparison sides) are not always updated correctly.

We have a good overview and comparison to the market since we are using the tool. It helps us to react fast where necessary and increase margin where possible.
