There is no way for customers to import a csv with product URLS.
We have used Price2Spy 2 months now for keeping check on our competitors prices online. The solution works very well, and I would especially like to recommend the fantastic Customer Support.
If competitors' price has change over certain percentage, it should be an alarm risen. Also whether that price will enter into its historical prices should be subjected to approve.
Combine this with excellent customization possibilities and a very flexible solution including standard, easy to get started set-up with advanced rules and monitoring capabilities - you have a winner.
Some of this is our own fault with bad data, but should still have a fix to this, when I could imagine other businesses also struggle with the same.
RePrice have developed a very good product, and are always open to our suggestions and new features. Excellent company all over.
Sometimes google matching of products is missing, because we have the wrong EAN number or the competitors dont use google shopping.
New possibilities emerge the more we learn of what Reprice could help us with. Very happy with the communication which has been key in our partnership.
Our biggest issue is not an issue with reprice, but instead its a general problem of mathcing products with competitors.
