Designed for midsize to large businesses in consulting, finance, healthcare, and other industries, it is a web conferencing tool that provides team messaging, remote collaboration, and more.
On top of that, support is great and helpful (I had a feature request and they were very receptive). 24sessions is worth your money and your time.
Lack of bells & whistles, can be difficult for users to connect with no cam/mic.
The quality of the voice on these calls has been good so far. We also have the ability to record calls up to 2Gb and save it for review.
When I was using it I missed the functionality for hosting a webinar.
It is a great competitive and professional video conferencing solution and every thing is scheduled in an easy way. Also, you can record the chat and make reports about every meeting you had made.
If the logo is square-size (not a rectangle), it looks tiny on the portal. This is an annoying issue.
I've been using 24sessions a little under a month and I'm impressed. The online booking form and integration with Google calendar is seamless and will save you time.
I spent an age this evening attempting just that and it was a fiasco. I am open to having my mind changed but I remain skeptical that this is fixable.
What I like most about this software is that you get very good quality calls for voice and for video calling. It is also great for conference calls and meetings.
The only complaint I have is that sometimes the alerts do not pop up right away and I miss a message.
I have really enjoyed it and will continue to learn all the ways that it can be utilized. It has been a great help, especially with the pandemic going on.
We’re suspecting that this is happening after every update, but either way, it is annoying.
When mass messaging is needed, this software serves as the best platform for that. It is a holistic software with great vision to bring the change.
Jabber is greedy for the network and offers interruptions that sometimes make communication difficult.
When I first started using Jabber, I love that it replaced my physical office phone. It's easy to use, reliable and the call quality is often better than other softphones I have used.
Losing ground due to lack of strong features provided by other vendors.
Chris: Hi, my name's Chris. I'm an assistant director of marketing. For Cisco Jabber, I'd rank it a four out of five. And for more reviews like this, please click the link below. So I use Cisco Jabber to take my office phone home with me. So we really heavily used it during COVID-19, and it's a way to have my cell phone become my office phone and also chat with my fellow coworkers. What I really like about Cisco Jabber is the ability to have the app on my phone and be able to answer my office phone from anywhere. I could be in the car, I could be at my office, I could be in the middle of Florida, and at the same time, I'd get it run through to my phone without any hesitation. I also really like the ability to text my coworkers, like an instant message system, without having to send an email. So the one thing I don't like about Cisco Jabber is it's kind of hard to integrate when I'm trying to type out a phone number from my phone. So I can't just go to the phone app on my phone to pull it up, I have to go to the special Cisco Jabber app. This is hard because a lot of times, Cisco will call directly through the phone, but then my cell phone number gets attached. So it's just kind of a little bit confusing on where you have to dial out of.
