Esper excels at Android Device Management, at a fair price. They are super responsive and have a great customer support team, the dev team is second to none.
The lack of follow-up from the sales representative, especially after significant financial commitments were made, added a layer of disappointment to the experience.

There are several functionalities missing from what an MDM should have. One can not select several devices at one time and refresh the data.
Support and sales teams have been outstanding and very competent. I strongly recommend this product.
Minor issue the window scroll for the groups to see all the devices is to small difficult to click and drag.
We would like to recommend 42 Gears for their reliable system and user friendly interfaces. We are getting best technical support instantly and very good response time for customer support.
HTML 5 version is still beta. Management of failed jobs could be better.
