Signup Zone vs Civic Champs: Which is a better fit?

Sign Up Zone is a wonderful asset for the team at LOVLIST and for our users. Its clean design and clear instructions and demos allow users to set up groups in no time.

Inability to send automated email reminders to volunteers. Archiving of reports for future use could be simpler.

Using Signup Zone to organise our volunteers for the school fair has been a huge improvement. It looks great, it's easy to use and it does exactly what we need.

No more emailing the schedule back and forth from work to home and remembering to update any changes.

There are many wonderful things about Civic Champs. The greatest feature is providing volunteers with the opportunity to enter a reflection at the end of their shifts.

Some volunteers have trouble setting up the app on their cells.

The support team is AMAZING and quick to resolve any issues. They listen to their customers and implement feedback to constantly improve their product.

There is no "bulk add" feature for volunteers to add themselves to recurring, weekly shifts all year round.

Some volunteers are older and only have a home phone and no accessible email. OPTIONS has put procedures in place to continue paper documentation if the situation arises.

With nearly 300 active volunteers we are able to provide an easy and all user friendly platform that keeps our volunteers engaged and active with the rescue.
