ComplySci vs Account Ability: Which is a better fit?

I have said it many times We have the best relationship manager and support is fantastic.

It is very difficult to use with little training available.

The ease of using the system , it allows you to navigate with ease. I really like the notes function which allows you to track which is especially helpful if you need to do a lookback.

Perhaps the difficulty in getting multiple feeds set up with multiple brokers.

The support team is fabulous. Each time I call they are helpful and patient.

Most brokers do not feed into the system. Confusion when to use Data Records and when to use Reports to extract the required data.

It has been a great addition to our compliance program and has helped streamline many compliance tasks like political contribution, personal trading reporting, and our compliance certifications.

I cannot easily download individual employee statements when requested by auditing.

It is intuitive and works the way it says it does. Support is outstanding, as is the Help on line.

Not only did he help me identify where I went wrong, but he stayed on the phone with me until every aspect of my failure was rectified.

I like the amount of time that Account Ability gives me to take advantage of the discount available when purchasing Account Ability before a certain time.

Just the first time importing the file was a struggle for me.

Very user friendly and overall takes care of everything that our payroll program doesn't. We are very happy with Account Ability and haven't found another product that does this for the same price.

Too many steps involved in uploading to fire system.

Great staff, always pleasant. They have called me to remind me to purchase the software to gain the discount and the technical service is always on point.

Lack of a link for instructions for corrections or changes to forms. But I called and they helped me right away.
