Just the first time importing the file was a struggle for me.

Lack of a link for instructions for corrections or changes to forms. But I called and they helped me right away.

The reporting functions are either missing or not intuitive.

When an entry rejects and we receive error codes, they are not very helpful as I am not literate in the CrimsonLogic system codes.

Would recommend to any other business that would require their services. Great value for your money.

Customer service online is HORRIBLE. It takes forever to get a resolution when chatting.
