Its best part is to quick add the number and share any template in a go. Also had a good feature to schedule a message which i personally like.
It can be hard to keep up-to-date with the members on a group message and entering in their phone numbers is a hard process.
The ability to tag and group people by industry or customer was awesome and made it easy to message multiple people for generic messages.
The only drawback is that you need to use this regularly otherwise the number given to you will be lost.

I really like the ease of use, being able to build campaigns, and then manage responses. Integration with Bullhorn is a big help.
There is no ability to create multiple inboxes or folders in which to organize messages. This makes it difficult to keep track of messages.
The software is amazing, and saves hours of time for my company. The booking appointment is awesome helping to eliminate no shows, and by sending reminders to clients.
The problem is now I have to re register and change all my account phone numbers because I cant get the code, Soooooo mad and a waste of my time.
The customer service is excellent. The representatives have all been very knowledgeable and helpful.
Honestly, only thing I disliked was responding client text coming in after hours, BUT Textellent has implemented this year a way to stop this with the “After-Hours Responder.
From the time that I have signed on, I had the best customer representative that ensured I understood the software and was there to help me with any issues.
My business has been using Textellent for a year now and we don't have anything we don't like about it.
My favorite feature is probably the "Happy Birthday" texts because the clients love receiving them.
Don't like the fact that there is a charge for send out personalized text blast.
