Webnode helps individuals and small businesses to be successful online. Via website builder that is available for free. And it does not require any specific skill, expertise, or hardware.
Good, I have increased my purchasing and will do more as it becomes more integrated with hawksoft or gains more carriers on the rater.
My Customer Satisfaction Manager is terrible and doesn’t even reply to emails or return phone calls.
Appreciate the ability to utilize and edit/compose ourselves, and the guidance when we initially set up the site was excellent.
Anything internet based has been a failure since the yellow page book went out of use a few years ago.
And the customer service is excellent. All the techs I talk to are great and really want to help.
Many promises made to be broken. I inquired to get a new sales rep and was denied.
ITC has been a very good purchase and has helped our agency get a sleek looking website for an affordable price. The reps over at ITC are responsive and very helpful.
No one is held accountable for their mistakes and you can not get any type of customer support. I would never recommend ITC to anyone.
As the innovative projects we designed & developed had photography and its applications as a vital artery, we witnessed amazing quality on Webnode platforms.
Lack of search bar: This is the only this which is lacking in the designer, there is no template available which.
All in all, I would recommend using Webnode for creating your own webshop or blog. The work you do with it is fun due to the nice templates.
The customisation of your website according to your own brand is very restricted (you are not able to use your own fonts and colours).

The filing system of your downloaded pictures is non-existent. It's hard to reuse (because it's almost impossible to find them) the same picture when you have downloaded a lot of them.
I am very impressed with the Customer Service which is always prompt, courteous and helpful. Such a change from some other organisations where one has to present the solution rather than ask for help.

Daniel R.: Hi, my name is Daniel and I'm the president. And I would give Insurance Website Builder a three out of five stars. And for more reviews like that, click here. So I switched to Insurance Website Builder to develop a website. The website that I had before using Website Builder was very basic and a very low cost budget website. And so whenever I got Website Builder, they had a lot of templates that I was able to use to help me expand my website. And the price and the budget was still very affordable. But this allowed me to have a more comprehensive website with a more professional look to it. I chose Insurance Website Builder because being in the insurance industry, it was nice to work with a company that was familiar with what consumers were looking for when visiting an insurance carrier or company's website. And they had a lot of templates and a lot of verbiage in their presentation to me that I could use in my website. So it made it very easy to make that transition over to using their website. Integrating with Insurance Website Builder and the onboarding process was pretty simple. Was designated with a sales rep that got me set up and registered and paid and everything. And then also I got someone who helped me from the design perspective, helping me pick out layers and templates and skins to put on to the website. And then also helping me come up with about us information and different content that we would like to have on our website. So I was passed along throughout the process. And all in all, it was a pretty easy process to get onboarded and set up. So my recommendation for someone considering using Insurance Website Builder would be to think about what you want your website to look like, how you want the customer to use your website, what content you want on your website. I did not know what I wanted at the time. And so they helped me find out what I wanted and what I needed. But that would help out an individual just giving a lot of thought into what they want their website to have owned it. And that would help out the overall process.
