Reckon One vs QuickBooks Online: Which is a better fit?

Generally very good, I particularly like the tracking and reporting ability. Being able to compare my sales figures annually with previous years.

I just find it frustrating that communication at that level is not up to par with the rest of the platform and service.

I am very happy with the product and have taken advantages of the new developments as they appeared.

I was so angry on multiple fronts and still don't like paying subscriptions - I like to buy an item and not have to pay every year. That was just one thing I put in the too hard basket.

It was quite easy to use and the reports are great. So easy to see who you have paid and who has paid you.

I have been having trouble with sending emailing invoices. Work ones but never could make it work.

It was a great app or system since I use it for Billing of invoice, sending statement of accounts to our clients, receiving payments and reports. It is very useful for those with small businesses.

Considering that I am using so little of the functionality I was unimpressed that the cost rose by 20% in the first 6 months of use.

Quickbooks is easy to manage use and learn. It provides good reports quickbook comes at an affordable price therefore it has been perfect fot my small buisness.

The biggest downfall of QBO is that it is very different from QBD and has a learning curve. If the users do not learn how to propertly use QBO, they can mess up the companies books BAD.

Fields to fill and perfectly links the data from one end like ap and AR to the bank reconciliation. Great reports on transactions for the month or period if interest.

No 'undo' button and not excessively intuitive. If you make a mistake, have to know how to reverse/correct it.

Great smart accounting software that is very responsive and nice to send invoices and get paid faster.

Quickbooks left me feeling incapable of completing the simple tasks required to run our day to day business. I hated every moment I spent logged on to quickbooks.

Great product, very reliable and simple to use. They have multiple integration capabilities, which is super helpful for freelancers.

When you first start using the app it can be irritating and tricky.
