Reckon One vs SAP Business One: Which is a better fit?

Generally very good, I particularly like the tracking and reporting ability. Being able to compare my sales figures annually with previous years.

I just find it frustrating that communication at that level is not up to par with the rest of the platform and service.

I am very happy with the product and have taken advantages of the new developments as they appeared.

I was so angry on multiple fronts and still don't like paying subscriptions - I like to buy an item and not have to pay every year. That was just one thing I put in the too hard basket.

It was quite easy to use and the reports are great. So easy to see who you have paid and who has paid you.

I have been having trouble with sending emailing invoices. Work ones but never could make it work.

It was a great app or system since I use it for Billing of invoice, sending statement of accounts to our clients, receiving payments and reports. It is very useful for those with small businesses.

Considering that I am using so little of the functionality I was unimpressed that the cost rose by 20% in the first 6 months of use.

Very powerful software, very reliable, very good documentation, good training courses available, and an extensive user group (very helpful to get involved with).

The process is confusing as hell, and even people who have been using the product for years still struggle with understanding its methodology.

SAP Business One is a great ERP system that is fully customizable and has many great and helpful features that help any business automate all processes.

SAP Business One is difficult in integration and limited in database.

I'm very happy with SAP Business One. It's helped me to improve my performance in a number of ways, including improving product quality and hence customer ssatisfaction.

The functionalities are limited in production planning and scheduling and the sowftware is not the most flexible.

Technologically, it is head and shoulders above the crowd. The capability to tailor the product and features to meet a customer's requirements is outstanding.

I found it very difficult to use when we had started. The analyze reports are not always very accurate and you need to spend time to enter manually and fix it.
