Nonprofits that are actively seeking and managing funding through grants. Grant, programs, finance, and operations professionals and nonprofit consultants who provide grant-related services.
Zeffy is the only zero-fee fundraising platform for nonprofits. Best suited for small and medium nonprofit organizations. Serving over 50,000 nonprofits across North America.
GrantHub is very user friendly. I love how each opportunity is organized, so that you can store all of the information, including PDF's and word docs, related to each grant in one place.
It never downloaded the information from research sites and this was frustrating. If I have to type everything in again, from say FDO online, what is the point.
I would highly recommend for any nonprofit that writes, manages and reports on more than 10 grants annually - it is a lifesaver for a small grants department.
It was very difficult to use Excel because it didn't flow nicely with ongoing/rolling deadlines.
I like how it keeps all your grants in one place.I like how it reminds you when grants are due, how much your getting from that grants.
No quick way to search where donors are located (have to export files to a spreadsheet then sort).
They are an excellent company to deal with, very responsive to customer needs, and very well priced for the benefits.
There's no limit to how many documents you can maintain under each funder's page.
And, the customer service is so good that all of our questions were answered quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with Zeffy.
Our event is $400 per registration, so the form defaulting to add another $40+ is very misleading and possibly upsetting to our registrants.
Our experience thus far has been outstanding. We love the ease of using it, our donors love how easy it is to set up their donation, and customer support has been outstanding.
I wish there were a way to add a zoom link to events registration forms, but I swear that's the only thing missing.
Zeffy does an amazing job keeping all of the information together in one place. They do not take out fees from the donations and everyone has been pleased with the sign up process.
The only struggle I have had is with the amount of time it is taking to transfer over my current donor list of 2,000 over to Zeffy.
Zeffy does not charge organization’s to utilize their platform, and they provide great support. They also provide wonderful free training and webinars.
I only wish we could use it for more services, but no doubt that will come.
Cherylyn M.: Hi, my name is Cherylyn. I'm a development specialist. I give GrantHub a five out of five stars. And for more review like this, click on the link below. Before GrantHub we were using a Excel spreadsheet and it did not work out, because it was not on the cloud and it was clunky and tons of information was missing. We chose GrantHub because of the fact that it was in the cloud, that all of our history could be uploaded with help from the team at GrantHub. And then the history is available there and can be updated. And there was just so many features of that tool that helps internally with a development team, as well as when we use a grant writer consultant. So all the information is available to anyone, anytime. Helps with scheduling, helps with history, super helpful tool. So once we chose GrantHub, the support team was super helpful. We were able to have them send us a spreadsheet, and we were able to actually populate it with the information we had. And then they were actually able to take that information and upload it into the tool for us. And then we did some final tweaking and then we were off and running really quickly with the new tool and super helpful. I highly recommend considering GrantHub because it's a tool that keeps all your information in one place. No more manual tracking, it's all done automatically. Multiple users can access the same information. It gives you history. It gives you the scheduling ability. It also gives you reminders about who's doing what because you can divide and conquer the different tasks as you set up a template what the steps are for your grant process. And like I said, it's super helpful when you have multiple people working on grants. And for our grant writer who may not even be on your internal team, they still can have access to it. You can give them direct access. So super, super helpful. Super highly recommend the tool.
Mandi: Hey, I'm Mandi. I'm a mentoring coordinator. I would give Simplyk a five out of five rating. For more ratings like this, click below. So we switched to Simplyk from CanadaHelps. We still use CanadaHelps, but the price of Simplyk is really one of the biggest things and also customer service very individualized, very friendly, very speedy, very quick. So Simplyk is more aligned. We can make it more streamlined with our website. It fits in better, very customizable. It is, again, like I said, very customer service-oriented, very individualized. So we have a person we can connect with and they can share screen and help us. And the ticketing, the ability to do everything together, it all just makes it almost seamless really. Simplyk was very easy to set up. Again, very individualized connection with our representative. They helped us set it up. They helped with any glitches. If we have an issue, we just email and within a day it's fixed whether we can do it ourselves or we need tech support. So very seamless, very user-friendly. Nothing else. The price of Simplyk is right, especially for non-profit. It is zero-cost to the organization. So with the amount of customer service and the price, that is probably a very no-brainer reason to switch, but also Canadian-based is important to us as well. And yeah, just really person-centered, which is what we do.
