I am using this portal from more than 2 year and it is good experience to use this software. It has a great design and easy to use.
Impossible to undo or modify an entry. If you make a typo or assign time to the wrong project, even the manager can not remove the erroneous entry.
In the rare cases we have needed support , it has always been prompt and of excellent quality, with our issues resolved promptly. This, to me, is the best reason to choose devZing.
But I assume it was not devZing issue. Apparently bugzilla tries to make this process knowingly complicated to avoid accidental deletions.
We were using the project management and repository tools offered by devZing. The simplicity and easy of use is the best advantage of this service.
This resulted in that the administrators own emails was missed (Sent to trashcan).
The one time I had a question with customer service they were very prompt and helped me. Good honest service, definitely worth it.
No more manual time tracking, no more tedious time sheet to complete.
I feel like there is a ton of customization and all the appropriate fields are there. I love the burn down to see if we are on track with our sprint and I also love the kanban board.
Sometimes, the navigation between different tasks and/or sprints can be a bit confusing.
Jira is out of the box free, and it's amazing because it works with everything by the same company. It also allows for easy organization of projects and silos, which intersect with each other.
Jira is a complete project management tool, full of sometimes useless functionality.
This is the best product on the IT market because it has a user-friendly interface and the best technical documentation then I have seen before.
Training is almost a must if you want anyone to understand how to use it correctly. The performance of Jira in web browsers can be quite poor from time to time.
It has a good API, good integrations, is highly customizable, and is pretty good at tracking features, bugs, and backend tasks.
Sometime it can be very slow when a lot of users using this portal. Or when there is a bug in a new version of jira when we cannot save or update tickets can be very annoying in a production project.
