We have a couple of edge case customers that want really restrictive filtering. The block all approach these customers take does get difficult in the WatchGuard.
If we ever need support it is easy to do and responsive. Once configured the devices are easy to manage and we have found renewal of licences / devices to be easy too through approved resellers.
It can be difficult to configure if you do not understand networking, ports, and IP addresses.
Nord VPN offers a great solution if you want security. Much better than its market competitors with an enthusiastic customer service.
We are well under the device limit, but it still prompts a login. This is inconvenient for non-technical people, but a small annoyance for power users.

We did a lot of research on the VPN security tools as the pandemic hit and we had to put a lot of employees working from home. I looked at McAfee and I looked at Norton, and while they seemed like good products, they were very pricey. We chose NordVPN over the others for several reasons. Number one is it has an amazing reputation, but more than that, it was substantially cheaper. I was able to get a two year deal, and I can't remember what the price was, but it was really somewhere about half the price of what the others were charging. And it was really, really easy to implement and is easy to use and easy to update. Onboarding and integrating the product was very easy. It was really a matter of once we purchased a product, sending a link to all of our employees, having them download it and create their user and their login and they were up and running. I would certainly recommend Nord to anybody who's in this ... looking for a service like this, especially a small company like ours. We are very cost conscious and these guys are really, really well-priced, and it works very, very well, simple to use.
