We like that we can customize our menu in a variety of ways and have full control over that process. We like that Honeycart is easy for our customers to use and friendly for our catering team.

Missing some key integrations with other softtwares. Missing possibility to customize front page user navigation functionalities.

The customer service support is outstanding. Sensitive content hidden] are readily available for questions and open to ideas on how to improve the product.

At the beginning of covid, I lost all of my staff.

This has been wonderful for our catering orders. The online menu is slick and backend (mostly) easy to program.

Currently the format they have in place allows for 15 minute intervals but no option to close ones between the hours.

He is the absolute best. I have called sheet hours with an issue, and he answered my question through chat and even got on a call after hours to help me resolve the issue.

At first I found it difficult to place an order (when running a test order) because I couldn't scroll properly through the menu.

One of the best features that I liked about AeroChef is their ability to handle multiple orders in real time. This lets us manage our inventory with relative ease.

Maybe it's quite difficult to teach user that no knowledge about IT.

Easy to use and integration is happening perfectly.

I think there are no feature that user can develop their report by themselves which is without assistance by consultant to develop that report required.
