GoReminders vs EZsalonware: Which is a better fit?

Our experience has been excellent; quick communication back when we have questions, always courteous and polite.

I can't think of anything about it that is disagreeable.

The best feature that I like is, all the reminders show on your google calendar or the app that you sync it to. They provide an excellent customer service too.

My suggestion for this software would be an option to cancel appointment. As of now, the options are to reschedule to Confirm.

GoReminders customer service was quick to resolve any issues we had and have been very friendly. I love a great service with awesome customer service.

I have to open a new text to respond in stead of having that option when they leave comments.

I love how easy it is to setup and use this software. It has made my job so much easier and my customers love it.

As a home based therapist I am on the lowest plan which suits my business.

The functionality is robust. The ability to easily reschedule or cancel is nice as well, and I assume it helps the shop in a similar way.

To me, there wasn’t anything that stood out as being bad.

The interface is clean and easy to understand and there are additional features that have potential to be very useful (like examples of hair styles, definitions, info on stylists, etc).

Nothing really stands out as a major negative.

Ezsalonware is super easy to use: a relatively minimum functionality and a progress bar showing your progress (a type of service --> stylist --> day and time) makes getting an appointment a breeze.

I didnt really think there was anything wrong with it.

I'm not a huge fan of phone convos, so being able to set up a haircut appointment online in a few minutes has been greatly appreciated.

I have not run into any difficulty using Ezsalonware.
