I loved this product; it worked perfectly for contest solutions across many of our clients, and ended up very useful for my entire team to get inspired with new opportunities in campaign types.
Not being able to use the same link when you need to unpublish and republish due to Facebook errors.
This has a great visual interface making it super easy to do basic coding and create your own landing pages and giveaway pages and ability to export the list if you upgrade.
It's a bit confusing to get the hang of at first if you are running multiple campaigns for different businesses.
Overall it’s a great tool and allows businesses like ours to not pay more for pricey developers we can do this ourselves for minimal cost but great results.
The software seems to have a hard learning curve, not meant for the "average" user. The cost is also too much in my opinion.

Software can be a little confusing at times, just a lot of information in one place.
The customer service is outstanding, usually responding the same day. Overall I have been very happy with SweepWidget.
The screens can upload slow at times. So when I’m on the phone it is a pain.
SweepWidget customer support is awesome. They have good Documentation which is well documented and easy to understand.
The one issue I have with SweepWidget is that there is no option to verify some entries (Youtube likes/comments) for the giveaway.
It is the perfect integration to promote and grow your social media reach. The wide range of freemium and premium options makes SweepWidget the perfect companion for any business, small or large.
Unfortunately, there is no easy way to export both entries and participants into one spreadsheet.
We absolutely love Sweepwidget for our giveaways and campaigns with Boy Scouts of America's large audience. It has been a fantastic tool for collecting information and growing our email list.
There isn't really any cons. When copying a campaign I think the image creatives are not copied as well.
