Be sure to review the licensing models to pick what is best for your organization as they even have a Free Edition with limitations. Support is top notch with this product and very responsive.

Also its error troubleshooting is complicated.

The pricing (much to my surprise, which is why I resisted for a while) was very good and even better that competitors.

Backup failed sometimes. Suggesting use another encryption technique.

This is an excellent backup solution. We struggled before this product and are thankful that we found something that is so easy to manage and maintain.

As we've migrated from mostly in-premise to the cloud, we have continued to use other products in the suite for business continuity and disaster recovery.

One touch recovery is the best feature in it. Best for the replication, Admin Console Dashboard is Good.

Deployment is hard, Troubleshooting on the errors are very hard.

Metallic's support and success teams are receptive and helpful. We have been Commvault customers for many years and their support team has always impressed us.

Documentation is somewhat limited. IP filtering is not currently an option.

My overall experience with Metallic has been AMAZING. I can't say enough things good about them.

Our backs are failing every day since early April.

The density of the solution is amazing, we have almost 1 PB in 6 RU, storage and compute. It scales very easily and management of the platform is just as easy as legacy media agents.

It works, but is expensive and difficult to manage.
